Dr. Ghannam graduated from Alexandria University, Egypt, in 1983 and earned her Master’s Degree in Dermatology, Venereology, and Andrology in 1986. She completed her PhD in 1994 with a thesis focused on aging, photoaging, and the effects of ionizing radiation on the skin. In 1995, she successfully passed the board examination to obtain her Doctorate Degree in Dermatology, Venereology, and Andrology.
She served as an Associate Professor at Alexandria University before founding and operating her own dermatology center since 2005. Dr. Ghannam performs a wide range of cosmetic procedures and energy-based device (EBD) treatments, while maintaining a strong focus on general dermatology. She is recognized worldwide as an expert in chemical peels, particularly for ethnic skin.
Dr. Ghannam is an active and honorary member of numerous international dermatology societies.
